BTS will perform at 2020 FNS Music Festival Natsu

      

According to the agency Big Hit Entertainment on August 20, BTS will appear in Japan's Fuji TV '2020 FNS Song Festival Summer', which will be broadcast on August 26 at 6:30 pm (Korean time).

On this day, BTS will show their Japanese songs'Stay Gold' and'MIC Drop' in Korean version on the broadcast. In the aftermath of Corona 19, the pre-recorded stage in Korea will be released through broadcast.

'Stay Gold' is the title track of BTS's 4th album,'MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 ~ THE JOURNEY ~'(Map of the Soul: Seven ~ The Journey ~) released on July 15th. Immediately after the line was released on June 19, it rose to No. 1 on the iTunes Top Song Chart in 82 countries and regions including Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, France, and India.

The 4th regular album containing this song also recorded sales of 564,298 copies within a week of its release, ranking first on the Oricon weekly album chart. Bulletproof Boy Scouts set the highest record in terms of cumulative sales of all albums released in Japan in 2020 with only a week's sales performance.

It is the second time after their debut that BTS will appear on the'FNS Song Festival'. Earlier, the appeared on the'FNS Song Festival' that aired on December 4 last year. At the time, BTS was pre-recorded'FAKE LOVE'
